All of our orders are processed within 1 business day. The standard shipping times are 1-3 business days for orders made from Luxembourg, Netherlands and Belgium, 1-4 business days for orders made from Germany and France, and 2-5 for all orders made from the rest of Europe.

Yes, we accept returns within 14 days after reception of the order. Please note that the shoes need to be shipped double-boxed in their original packaging, and remain unworn to be conform with our return policy. Only returns that are sent to the following address will be processed:
