Who We Are
AAK SARL ("we," "us," or "our") operates the website www.three52.store (the “Site”). Our goal is to ensure a seamless and transparent shipping process for your convenience and satisfaction. Below are the details of our shipping process.

Shipping Costs

  • Luxembourg: €3.80 for orders under €40, free for orders over €40

  • International: €6.90 for neighbouring countries (France, Belgium, Germany)

  • Other countries: the rates will vary for each country and can be seen at checkout

Shipping Range

  • Delivery Area: We currently ship within Europe

Order Processing Time

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days, Monday to Friday.

  • Cut-off Time: Orders placed before 16:00 (GMT+01:00) Central European Standard Time (Luxembourg) will be processed the same day; those placed after will be processed the next business day.

  • No Shipping Days: Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

Delivery Time

  • Express 48h: 1-3 business days (Luxembourg)

  • Standard: 3-5 business days (international)

  • Delayed Shipping: Sizes which are not marked as “instock and ready to ship” will have an estimated shipping time of 3 to 15 business days.

Shipping Process

  • Courier Services: We use reliable carriers such as Post Luxembourg and DPD

  • Tracking Information: After your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details.

Lost or Damaged Items

  • Damaged Orders: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours to initiate a resolution.

  • Lost Orders: If your order is lost, please reach out to us immediately for assistance.

Returns

  • Return requests must be made within 14 days of receiving the order

  • Items must be unworn, in original packaging, and double-boxed

  • Once your return has arrived, you can get a refund of the payment within 7 working days.

  • We do not provide shipping labels for returns at the moment, however, we are currently working on a solution for this.
